As I continue through this spiritual journey I have learned so much about my self. I have learned about so many different way to heal! I absolutely LOVE reading and learning! Come to find out… as I taught myself my human design I am a Generator (The Life Force); and many other things as you go down the rabbit hole of the study of The Human Design. I was so fascinated with it. It truly gives you the answers you question about your self! In my design I’m (The Role Model), (The Opportunist), (The Teacher), and (The Experiential Learner). It’s been fun peeling back the layers of me.
I feel everything with my GUT or CHEST depending on the situation. Because I’m also an Empath I have to be careful to trouble shoot who’s feelings are who’s! Taking the time to notice all these feelings and learning to be intentional to my body has been an educating experience. I enjoy meditation very much, each time I experience it I learn something new. Taking things out of my diet that are no longer good for me and replacing it with nourishing wellness has made such an impact on not just my body form, but my mind as well.
I have felt this sense of release of all the tension in my body and trust me I had a lot of TENSION! Having a stressful job and a boss who doesn’t work well with others I have had a tough year! Hence all the healing work that I’ve been doing to keep myself grounded. I take home so much of everyone’s emotions that I sometimes would sleep for whole weekends depending on how the weeks would go. I’m also a Softball and Flag Football Coach during the fall and spring seasons so that can bring added tension.
Knowing that I am a Generator I have the energy to take on the stress, work load, and everything in between because that was the way I was built. But here is the secret folks…learning how to ready my human design I can master all my qualities to the max so I don’t get OVER WORKED! So, listening to my GUT/INTUITION is the best thing for me because that’s how my body communicates with me. If you haven’t looked up your Human Design they have apps now I suggest you do and take a look at how the Universe made you and how you are today! You will find that it’s spot on! I will warn you it’s truly fascinating!
From there you can explore other avenues. I went from human design to reading books to help me deal with my root issues as a child, to an adult. Podcasts to learn more about what other tools besides meditation can help like crystal therapy, yoga, cleansing my body of toxins, becoming aligned with my Shakira’s. Be open minded to new possibilities in life. Life is way too short people! As I said in my previous post we have to live each day to the fullest! Be brave enough to put yourself FIRST for a change! I waited way too LONG. I don’t regret it just wish I had done this sooner. I have also learned that there is a season for everything. This is my season for HEALING and I’m enjoying every moment of it!
It was a struggle for me at first I won’t lie to you. I had to juggle work, kids, coaching, LIFE, parents, etc…but once you get your footing you will see that it’s worth the adventure! Take the time for yourself, start with 10-15 min a day that’s what I did. If you start small it doesn’t seem like such a huge task. I had excuse after excuse on why I didn’t have the time. Now I crave the ME time it’s the one thing I look forward to everyday! I created my room as my zen place and I can come in here and just meditate, do my breathing exercises, yoga, even write this post to you! Find that happy place in your home and start living life to the fullest one 10-15 min session at a time! I guarantee you won’t regret it!!
