I have to tell you all that this HEALING adventure has been so enlightening. Although when it came to my EGO y’all it was a BATTLE! You know I have to explain my Ego to you first because SHE truly is an AMAZING woman. She got me through one of the hardest times in my life and she’s taught me so much! So, all in all I can’t be mad at HER now I’m just at the time in my life where she can rest and let me have the driver seat from now on.

My Beautiful Ego got me through the most painful losses in my life, and taught me how to overcome, rebuild, regrow, enlighten, restrengthen, and so much more. She taught me so many job skills because we were on the go, go, go! Life in the fast lane right that’s what life is all about! Nice car’s, Big house, Pool, All the things…man I was so caught up and that’s what the society wants us to learn and know! My Ego got me through it ALL!

It wasn’t till now that I was tired of being sick, couldn’t afford to go to the doctor, I had a 9 month job, was out of a job for 2 months out of the summer and now I have no money. I am being challenged to find ways to heal myself naturally. Challenge accepted! I started energy healing the most amazing thing ever! Meditation is AWESOME, I would have to say this was the best summer I have ever had. I haven’t touched my work computer once this whole summer.

When you make the decision to put yourself first for once in your life! You start to see a CHANGE in yourself! REIKI is the most amazing thing I have ever come across!

You don’t quite know what the change is at first. I felt tired like I haven’t slept in years, but if you think about my EGO she was on the go, go, go, I really didn’t allow myself that time for rest. Then I was block in my guts, now that one took about the whole month of JUNE to unblock and I’m still working on it some. That was all my TRAUMA from the time of my BIRTH to NOW 45yrs. BRO!

Then it was just ENERGY moving from place to place in my body, like a LIGHT FORSE a beautiful SUN that is Healing you from the inside out. You take that light and use the energy to HEAL what hurts inside. It’s the most magical power that YOU hold within you. I have suffered from Migraines for YEARS and I have been able to use my ENERGY to heal my migraines without medication. This is without me taking classes for energy healing which I fully intend to take as soon as I get back to work!

Working for the ESS Department I’m hopeful that I can use my REIKE with my kiddos! To calm them when stressed, or just bring calmness to the classroom. They are my joy! They bring a smile to my face every day!! I don’t get paid a lot of money but I’ve never been in it for the money. My kiddos are my everything, I am their VOICE. I also learned that grounding mats are FANTASTIC for ESS kiddos for those of you who have them! Just take off their socks and shoes place their feet on the mat and turn it on! AMAZON!! I will be trying them in my CBT classrooms this year!!

Anyway so I went down a rabbit hole sorry but when I learn something I like to share it! I mean why keep it a secret? Grounding is so important so like I stated above these mats are wonderful if you are in a state like me ARIZONA where if you go outside in the summer you can fry and egg! These mats are on Amazon they are great to sleep on or use to rest your feet on at your desk. When we walk in shoes all the time, when our schools are made of nothing but concrete we stop connecting with mother earth. Walking in the grass, reconnecting with nature is the natural/energetic way to connect with her and receive her energy.

So, back to my Ego not that I’m not thankful for all that she’s gotten me through. It’s just now is the time for me to slow down, enjoy my life, and stop chasing the next best thing…I have been doing that for so many years I’ve been told that I need to STOP, EXCEPT MYSELF for who I am, LOVE what I do, HEAL, EXPRESS, and BLESS.
